Hey guys,
It's getting late and I'm getting tired so I'm calling it a night on the T-Boom model.
Since it's been a couple of days since my last post I thought I'd show you what I got...
As you can see, I've got the hood stared. Now, I'm looking at it with tired eyes so I'm guessing I'm not as done as I think I am. That being the case, I'm calling this a work in progress and I'll pick up again tomorrow.
Till next time...

Had Some Time for T-Boom Today!
Hey guys!
I had some free time to work on the T-Boom model today!
I decided last night to give his look an update and instead of going with a black leather vest or a camo vest I would instead go with a yellow, sleeveless hoodie...
As you can see, I started the hoodie. The pain in the butt is going to be the hood, which he will be wearing to help cover his face. I suspect that is going to take me a while so I'm stopping here for today and will pick up again tomorrow.
Talk to you then!

Good to Be Back!
Man, it has been a while!
Started working on the T-Boom model this morning and boy am I rusty!
I had forgotten all the little blender shortcuts and tricks of the trade. Consequentially, it is taking me a while to remember everything I have done and the secrets on how to do it.
Still, perseverance will prevail and after a morning of googling for answers I feel I am back in action again.
Now, I know there are a lot of things I will have to re-learn but damn it sure feels good to be back in the saddle.
So, although it took so much longer than it should have, here is a pic of the updated T-Boom model with the logo on his shirt...
I know, not much of a difference since the last image I posted (lord knows how long ago that was) but if I remember correctly, all I had was his sunglasses before. Now he has his logo.
It's been a long morning so I'm calling it a day. I start work again tonight so check back next week for more updates.
Later!

Studio Office Up and Running!
Welcome to 5th & Main Studio, Inc.!
As you can see from the pic, I've moved into the new office and even as I post this message I am sitting in my new studio that is now connected to the Internet!
So, what does this mean? Well, aside from needed to fill all that empty space on the walls, it means I'm now ready to officially begin working on the movie! As a matter of fact, if you click on the image and view the a larger pic you will see I had the T-Boom model open and was beginning to work!
So, keep checking back here from time to time. Now that this office business is over I hope to get back to making regular, Xam and Power Dog only updates on a regular basis!
I'll keep you posted!

Finished Construction of 5th & Main Studio!
Well, what can I say? Construction of the studio/office is now complete!!!
Check out these pics!
I know. Not much of a difference from the last pics I posted. This appears to be the case because the last pics I posted showed that I only had to paint the molding, which was primed, and that is why you don't see much of a difference. However, if you look closer, you will see the door is now white and not gray. OK, maybe not worth posting, but I took the darn pics and I wanted to post them!
The other thing you'll notice is that the office still isn't furnished. That obviously means I still haven't moved in. Why? Because I don't have internet installed yet. So, that is this weeks goal, to get internet installed. Once that is done, I will move in and finally begin working on the movie after this very long break.
So, keep checking in.
As always, I'll keep you posted!

Office Nearly Finished!
Hey guys!
Well, another weekend done and another weekend of tremendous progress on the 5th & Main Studio Office!
Take a look at some of the work that was done!
As you can see, the flooring and molding has been installed! What's next? Truthfully, the light at the end of the tunnel is so bright I need to wear shades!
All I have to do on the interior is paint the molding and the door and my work on the inside will be finished. Then I'll put in a call to the TV and Internet guy to install those features and I'll be ready to move in!
As far as the exterior goes, I finished with the touch-ups of the outside molding around the door and window and all I need to do is paint the door and that will be done. Then I have to tape/bed the dry walled walls inside the garage (don't want to keep those seams exposed) and prime/paint the walls and I will be done with construction!
Of course, once the construction and services are complete on the inside I will be able to move in and do everything else when I have more time.
I am so anxious to get started on the movie and I truthfully can't wait until I can officially move into the new studio/office and begin working once again on the Xam and Power Dog movie!

Office Moving Along = Movie Moving Along!
Hey guys,
Well, the office is moving along and that means soon I'll have the time to start working on the movie again.
I got the walls and ceiling painted, along with the fan (a white fan would have looked awful against that blue ceiling). No, you're not seeing things. The fan doesn't have the blades attached. I still have to paint those. If you look a couple of posts down you'll see the unpainted office. These pics will give you a comparison...
The ceiling is a very rich blue. It looks darker in these photo's because these pics were taken at dusk so there isn't any sunlight coming into the room. I rather like how the blue is lighter in the day and darker at night. That, combined with the yellow walls (yellow to stimulate creativity) helps to give the room a spacious feeling.
I still have to put a second coat of paint on the walls. Then I have to lay down the flooring and add the molding. Once those things are done I will be able to move in!
I can't wait.
